Amanda and Luke were already running their own individual businesses when they took ownership of their family's apple orchard. While this addition opened doors for them to strategically craft the business of their dreams, it also created challenges. Operating three separate, yet unexpectedly complementary brands under one roof was not only overwhelming to them, but also confusing to customers. I helped them reevaluate their business model by establishing a new brand architecture, name this newly combined business, tell their brand story in a more cohesive way - both visually and through voice/tone - and establish an online presence they knew was necessary to take their business to the next level. Since the launch of our work, The Folk Collaborative has doubled their sales - and I'm tickled to have helped them on that journey!
